• To make the participants to know the need for a class room library.
• To make them understand how a classroom library can be arranged.

HOW TO ORGANIZE THE CLASSROOM LIBRARY
• Storing of books in glass cupboards.
• Cloth holders with several packets mounted on a wall for keeping different magazines
• The class library books should be displayed properly in the classroom
• Selection of books should be as per the level of the students
HOW TO ORGANIZE THE CLASSROOM LIBRARY
• There should be reference books like dictionary, children encyclopedia, activity book like language games, Mathematics games, puzzles, magic, general knowledge book, story books, picture books, fairy tales, collection of proverbs, quotable quotations, children magazines and science magazines should be available.
• There should be rational exchange of books among the sections and classes
• Record of Books read by students should be maintained and book reviews should be collected.
